In 1994 Jim Goll prophesied over me. He said, "You are a leaf floating on the wind, no one can tell where you are coming from or where you are going because you are following the wind of the Spirit." John 3:8 says, "8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." - NIV I want to always be someone who can feel the changing of the seasons and who can feel the wind coming, even before I can feel it hit my face or hear it rush past my ears. I want to be so in tune with the Holy Spirit that when He even slightly shifts, I'll be there waiting to hear what He wants me to do or where He wants me to go. This road trip is one of those "shifts" I felt in the Spirit. I know that it's mostly a shift for me personally. And, I hope that while I'm on the road that I'll be able to feel the light and subtle breezes of the Lord and His gentle promptings. I'm praying that I'll be a blessing to many on this trip...those that I intend to visit, and those that I may cross paths with on the way. |
